Do all sites have a picnic table and fire ring?
Yes. All sites include a fire ring and picnic table.
- Full Hook-Up Sites: Each has its own picnic table and fire ring.
- Tent Sites: Include fire rings but no picnic tables.
- Condos: Three picnic tables and fire rings are available for shared guest use.

Can we bring our own firewood?
Firewood brought from outside the state of Tennessee must be certified, heat-treated, and labeled to prevent the spread of invasive pests. Proof of certification is required.
We sell locally sourced firewood at our General Store for $6 per bundle.

Do you have wifi?
Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire campground for all guests.

What are the closest restaurants?
Just one mile from the campground you’ll find:
- Subway
- Popeye’s Chicken
- Smokin’ Butts BBQ
- El Rey Azteca Mexican Restaurant
There are also plenty of great dining options nearby in Jacksboro, TN.

Do we need a helmet?
Any rider 18 or younger must wear a helmet at all time. If you travel on paved roads, all riders must have helmets and goggles.

Do you have trail guides?
Eagle Rock does not have in-house trail guides, but we can provide contact information for local, experienced guides upon request.

Do you offer day parking for park-n-riders?
Yes! Day riders may park in our large lot for $10 per vehicle, per day.

What is your late check-in procedure?
Please call the front office to arrange a late check-in.
All late arrivals must have a signed liability waiver on file.
We’ll review your check-in details with you when you call to make arrangements.

Do we need a permit to ride?
Yes, every vehicle needs a TWRA permit. Please visit our permits section for full details.

Why am I buying a hunting/fishing license to ride?
The State of Tennessee allows a lower priced option in a hunting/fishing combo.

Do you sell gas or ice?
We do sell ice and general camping supplies, but fuel can be purchased at several fuel stations within 1 mile of our campground.

Is it legal to ride on the road?
Yes, but riders must follow Tennessee’s OHV roadway laws:
- Operators must be 16 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Riding is permitted only during daylight hours.
- Riders must stay on designated and posted roads.
- Proof of insurance is required.
- All riders must wear a DOT-approved helmet, goggles, and seat belt (if in a side-by-side).
- Riders must obey all standard traffic laws.
- Operation within city limits (e.g., LaFollette) must be safe and courteous.
- Expect regular safety checkpoints by law enforcement.
- All riders are subject to state laws and local ordinances.

Is the trail system maintained?
Yes. The North Cumberland WMA trail system is maintained and monitored by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).

Do you rent ATVs or SxSs?
Eagle Rock does not personally rent off-road vehicles, but we’ve partnered with Royal Blue Offroad Rentals to deliver the newest side-by-sides directly to the campground.

Where is the closest parts dealer?
DTF Powersports, located on Stinking Creek Road (Exit 144), is accessible directly by ATV and is approximately 9 miles from the campground.
